What is the maximum size file I can upload as a lesson plan or study guide?
The size of your file should not be larger than 20MB. This limit set by the website administrator. Please contact him/her if needed....Read more

I don’t remember my password. How do I reset it?
Click on “Forgot your password?” and enter the email address registered under your account. A random password will be sent to your email. After logging in, using this generated password, you will be able to change it anytime by clicking on “Change Password” in the home menu....Read more
What if I want to post a summative study guide that would be graded?
The goal of summative assessment is to evaluate student learning at the end of an instructional unit by comparing it against some standard or benchmark. You can add a summative study guide by clicking on the “Grading” icon on your dashboard....Read more

Indeed, a minimum number of assessments that should be carried out is given and should not be less than stated under each subject....Read more
Can I change the date I have once selected for my study guide to be carried out?
You will not be able to change the date once it has been selected. However, you can always contact your coordinator and after his/her approval, the date can be adjusted....Read more
When is the deadline for posting my study guide?
Teachers are asked to post their study guides for the upcoming week well in advance, no later than Friday 3:15pm. At this specified time, the option to post a study guide for the week that follows is automatically locked....Read more
When and how can I add grades for the assessment I had previously created?
You can easily add your grades two days after creating a summative study guide by clicking on the respective assessment and subsequently on the “A” icon. You will be able to input and save grades for each student....Read more
What does the “Homeroom” icon indicate?
Homeroom teachers will often use the “Homeroom” icon on their dashboards to view the list of their homeroom students, to send a message to their parents by clicking on the envelope sign next to each student’s name, or to take a disciplinary action clicking on the discipline icon....Read more
What if the messaging system icon is not available for all of my students?
